Soccer Invitational this weekend!!!

Eagles Soccer Invitational

Friday and Saturday, May 6th  & 7th.

BIS is hosting a soccer invitational in which many teams

and schools from around Brasilia will come and play at BIS (EAB, EDN, Gremio, Arena, Cardim, Espanyol)

This will be a FUN weekend!!!

• Who: Elementary and Secondary soccer players.

• Where:  BIS

• When: Friday and Saturday, May 6th and 7th.

• Times :

• Ages 6 to 8,  

• Friday 4:30pm, Saturday 8:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am.

• Ages 9 and 10

• Friday 4:00pm, Saturday 1.30pm, 3.00pm, 4.00pm

• Ages 10 to 12.    

• Friday 4.00pm, Saturday 8.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am.

• Ages 13 to 17,

• Friday 4.30pm, Saturday 2.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm

• Important Reminders:

• Arrive at BIS 20 minutes before your game starts!

• Remember to wear your soccer uniform! Shirt, shorts and socks.

• Bring your water bottle and a snack.

• Players must wear shin guards (not provided by BIS) in order to play.

• Plan your transportation ahead of time.  See details above to be picked up on time at the end of the game.

• 12:00pm post-game refreshments at cantine (bring money).

• Schedule for students age 10-12.

• Saturday, March 19th

• 8:30am students arrive at EDN.

• 9:00am. BIS vs Nations

• 10:00 am. BIS vs Espanyol Colorado.

• ** If we qualify, we will play in the Finals or Third Place match on Sunday morning. This will depend on the results of our matches. We will only know if we qualify after all the matches on Saturday.

• Schedule for students ages 14 to 16.

• Friday, March 18th.    

• 4:30pm, students arrive at EDN.

• 5:00pm, BIS vs Espanyol Portuguesa.

• 6:00pm, BIS vs Nations.

• 6:30pm, go home.

• Saturday, March 19th.

New soccer uniforms

New Soccer Uniforms!

The BIS Athletic Department is proud to present our new soccer uniform.

• The school will soon order several jerseys for our team- DEADLINE: Thursday, March 17th.

• For this and future seasons any student that desires to participate in official games will purchase a uniform.Students will keep the uniform and be responsible for bringing/using/cleaning it in every game we play.

• The players have the option of ordering a jersey with their name on it as approved.

• If a player would like to order a jersey (with name imprinted) the form must be completed and submitted it to the School Office along WITH payment (see below). Forms submitted without payment will be returned until payment is received.  

• The cost is R$120 of which includes a shirt (personalized with name, number and logo), shorts (black shorts, personalized with number and logo), and socks.  

• Students who miss the deadline will be charged a late fee of R$25 in additional to the uniform cost.

• Please submit ONE ORDER FORM PER STUDENT to allow for effective ordering.

• Students not participating with the team may also purchase a jersey and support the Eagles. However, they will not have the option to put their name on the shirt itself. The cost for the shirt only is also R$85. Payment must be submitted along with the order form to process the request. All forms submitted without payment will be returned with no order placed for the student.
